The Different Quality Levels of Full Spectrum CBD Oil

by Route 40 Home & Wellness

If you’ve been online at all these past few months (who hasn’t?!) surely you’ve noticed that CBD products are rising in popularity. But what exactly is all the hype over CBD products?

While cannabidiol (CBD) does come from the cannabis plant, it is a fully legal (in all 50 states) compound extract with many potential recovery properties.

Full spectrum CBD oil is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, helping to regulate the immune system, and the suppression of T-cell production and function (suppressing the immune system’s ability to remember foreign invaders). Other therapeutic properties of full spectrum CBD oil include easing the symptoms of conditions like anxiety, epilepsy, and cancer.

However, when choosing a CBD oil, ensuring the CBD oil quality is of utmost importance. You are consuming it, after all.

And while are many brands and varieties of full spectrum CBD oil on the market, not all of them are created equally.

So, how can you determine the CBD oil quality of the product you are purchasing?

To determine the CBD oil quality of the product you’re purchasing, keep in mind the following:

  • Choose full-spectrum CBD oil, containing less than 0.3 percent THC
  • Choose CBD oil made from U.S.-grown hemp
  • Choose CBD oil that is third-party tested
  • Choose CBD oil that is meant to be taken orally (rather than ointments, creams etc.)

Because there are no over-the-counter (OTC) CBD products approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ensuring the CBD oil quality by looking for products meeting the above criteria is a great start. Otherwise, you may be consuming a product that is not as reliable or effective as the high quality full spectrum CBD oil.

Full spectrum CBD oil works well for those in search of a non-psychoactive natural remedy. And, when in doubt, the quality of the product is often reflected in the price; never look for the “cheapest option” as it is probably the least effective.

So if you’re considering purchasing a CBD oil, make sure it’s both a high quality and a full spectrum CBD oil. If you’re looking for an all natural remedy, have exhausted all other options, or are simply wondering what the hype is about, full spectrum CBD oil could be right for you.
